Chamonix Girls Zone is a free event for  every girl that loves winter sports , from beginners to experts,  and a great opportunity to meet new people , improve from each other and of course to spend a fun day in the mountains in good company!

 

It all started in 2011 when Elena Lopez and Eve Heideman , two Chamonix seasonaires tired of Snowboarding always with the boys, took the initiative to organise an event in order to search for more passionated mountain girls who lived and rode in the french Mecca of Chamonix Mont Blanc. With the help of Nikita and DC brands, who kindly accepted to sponsor the event as well as the local shops, it became a complete sucess.

In the following years, Elena came back to Chamonix and with the help of her spanish friend Irene Serrat, who participate in the 2011 event, decided to make it bigger. With some more sponsors such as The Daily Dump Snow Report, the second  and third edition of Chamonix Girls Zone got more than 70 girls involved.

 

In 2014 we spent another awesome day in the mountains with all of you  and did a nice Charity day for girls To the TOP. We tried lots of interesting new activities such as speedriding and rescue courses, enjoyed a massage and manucure and event did a slalom!!!! Lots of things we did :-)

 

This year, 2015 we decided to do it less overbusy and simply enjoy the day in le Tour ski area; Of course we gonna do some funny activities too :-)
